El fronting mueve al principio un elemento que normalmente iría después, para destacarlo: *That I can accept; the rest, no. El do enfático refuerza un verbo afirmativo (I do like it), y estructuras como What I need is... o The thing is...* enmarcan lo importante.

Do/did enfático: I do understand. / She did call.
Anteposición de objeto/complemento: *His attitude I cannot stand.*
Marco: *What I loved was the ending. / The reason is that...*

    La anteposición puede exigir inversión

Un negativo antepuesto obliga a invertir: *Never have I seen...* (ver la lección de Inversiones).

    El error típico del hispanohablante

Do enfático solo con el verbo base: I do want it, no "I do wanted".
