Las conjunciones correlativas son parejas que trabajan juntas: either...or (o... o), neither...nor (ni... ni), both...and (tanto... como), not only...but also (no solo... sino también). La regla de oro es el paralelismo: lo que pones después de cada mitad debe tener la misma forma gramatical (dos nombres, dos verbos, dos frases). Y ojo con la concordancia: neither...nor ya es negativo, así que el verbo va en afirmativo.

Tras neither...nor el verbo va afirmativo: Neither he nor she agrees.
Si not only abre la frase → inversión: *Not only did he win, but he also broke the record.*
